This medium roast carries notes of salted caramel, citrus, and a gentle sweetness that moves like a stream—clean, smooth, and nourishing. A brew that doesn’t rush, but reveals.

Sourced from the highland soils of Piura and Amazonas, where members of Cooperativa Norandino cultivate Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varietals at altitudes between 1100–1700 meters. Gully washed and sun-dried, each bean is shaped by altitude, care, and tradition.
