Sumatra
Sumatra
Dark earth. Slow thunder. A cup that lingers like a spell.
This brew is thick with body and story.....syrupy and grounding, with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a touch of something wild and earthy that stays long after the sip is gone.
Sourced from the highlands of Aceh, Takengon and cultivated by the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB), this coffee is wet-hulled (Giling Basha).....a traditional Sumatran process that deepens its character and gives it that unmistakable depth.
Varietals like Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember grow between 1100–1600 meters.....each adding a layer to this dense, rooted, unforgettable cup.
Not all coffees are gentle. Some arrive like ancestors. This is one of them.
