Cultivated by smallholder farmers in Medellín, this coffee grows in volcanic loam at 1300–1500 meters and is fully washed, then dried in solar dryers to protect its integrity. The varieties.....Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica.....speak to a legacy of resilience and refinement.
